White wine from a single vineyard really shows how much influence a growing season can have. Our Mountfitchet White is made the same way each year, but 2023 and 2024 tell noticeably different stories in the glass. The 2023 has a fresh, lifted character with bright fruit and clean acidity, while 2024 reflects a different set of conditions in the vineyard, shifting texture and flavour in its own direction.
